I've found a few google references to this being by premier designs, but i have no further info and no idea of the maker's root base.I believe it to be from an accumulation of pieces of reproductions of princess dianas jewelry.

Sally, i am sure they have told answer to your question on this designer mark.Freebies is crown, corporation.The hallmark is a crown with the initials pd usually directly inside crown.I believe they also used different designs with the exception of the crown, including the fairies you mentioned.I also various one of their pieces have wheat design with the pd.From what i can gather they provided designer jewelry from the 1930;S from the 1980's.There were also a company named gold crown, corporation.Which was functioning from 60's 70's.Their pieces frequently have gold crown, corporation.On turned around side!I hope it will help to!

I too just got a silver necklace and bracelet set and each has a little silver tag with just one description of the pd with crown and a 1/2 wreath below just as you described.I too am thinking info on this maker.

Pd with a crown stands for premier designs i just got a bracelet with that design on it and looked out there to see who it could be when i found your question.Then i checked the gift box and it had it premier designs on it!
